MassTotes "One for you, one for a friend" Giveaway: Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

MassTotes, 153 Green St, Worcester, MA 01604 ("Sponsor"). Questions: masstotes@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Sponsor's owners and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts November 4, 2026 at 12:00 am ET and ends November 15, 2026 at 11:59 pm ET.

4. How to enter

Go to masstotes.com/pages/giveaway, enter your email address and town, and submit the form. You must then click the confirmation link in the email we send you; unconfirmed entries are not eligible. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Entries made with multiple or automated addresses are void.

5. Prize

One winner receives two MassTotes canvas tote bags of the winner's choice (any Massachusetts town tote or custom sign tote), shipped together to one U.S. address. Approximate retail value: $60. No cash or substitution, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

6. Winner selection and notice

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible, confirmed entries on or about November 16, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The winner will be notified by email and must reply within 7 days with their tote choices and shipping address, or an alternate winner may be chosen.

7. General

By entering, you agree to these rules and to receive marketing emails from MassTotes, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Sponsor may use the winner's first name and town in announcing the winner, where permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late or incomplete entries or technical failures. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. The winner's first name and town will be available on request to masstotes@gmail.com after November 16, 2026.
